How to Order:

Choose your Font in the drop down menus. Your choice will be displayed under the main picture. If you click on the thumbnail picture a larger picture will pop up.

Choose your design from the select design box. Your choice will be displayed under the main picture. It can be enlarged by clicking on it.

If you would like to submit custom artwork or logos, click on the design box then choose upload your custom logo or artwork. There is a one time flat fee of $40 for custom artwork. You will upload your artwork in check out. We can accept jpg, gif, and tif files.

Write your customized text in the large text box and include any instructions - we will layout your text and design and send you a proof via email before we engrave.

You will see charges for shipping in the check screens before you enter your credit card information. Shipping charges are based on weight and zip code and must be calculated after you enter your address.
Order Confirmations & Proofs:
Immediately after placing your order you will receive an automated confirmation sent to your email address. You will receive a proof of the design to approve via email before we engrave. Standard orders will receive a proof in 4-5 business days, Rush orders within 48 hours. We will work with you to create fine tune your artwork, there is no set number of proofs. Once a proof has been approved we are not responsible for spelling or typos.
