Please note there is a one time flat artwork charge of $40.00. If a file needs extensive cleaning additional charges may be necessary, however you will be informed before additional charges are applied.
Have we engraved your logo or design before? If yes then we it on file. You don't need to resend your artwork or pay a setup charge again. In the text box or in special instructions just let us know that "Artwork is on file".
Proofs:
Once we receive your order a proof will be sent to your email address. For Rush Orders - Proofs will be sent out within 48 hours, Standard Orders will receive a proof with 5-7 business days.
