Ordering a gift for a special occasion is easy. Choose the category that best fits the occasion, such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, corporate gifts, etc., and see what type of products are available. For example, click on “Birthday” and you will see a variety of products that can be personalized with Birthday Greetings. Please note that all wine bottles are keepsake bottles deep engraved on non-alcoholic wine.
To place your order, simply choose your product, choose your artwork (or send us your custom artwork), personalize your text, and then click to submit.
As a convenience to our customers we accept most major credit cards, please note that orders over $2500.00 must be paid for by check, once the check clears we will process your order.
Custom Artwork (Logos & Custom Artwork)
You can add custom artwork to any product. Choose a product, then add a company logo or custom design, click on the "Upload Logo" button. You will upload your logo (.jpg, .tiff, .png, or .pdf) in the check out process. Please note there is a one-time flat artwork charge of $40.00. If a file needs extensive cleaning additional charges may be necessary, however, you will be informed before charges are applied.
Have we engraved your logo or design before? If yes then we have it on file. You don't need to resend your artwork or pay a setup charge again. In the text box or in special instructions just let us know that "Artwork is on file".
Your order is very important to us. We will begin work on your personalized gift as soon as we have a completed order. Please indicate clearly if the item(s) is (are) for a specific date.
Returns and Exchanges
When ordering, please clearly indicate the exact spelling and dates for all engraving and approve the proof we email before engraving. We proof our work very carefully and engrave what you have approved. However, if an error is made on our part or if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can take care of the issue promptly, each case is handled on an individual basis, we do not provide return shipping labels or pay for return shipping.
Orders for blank giftware can be returned within the 14 day time period with prior approval. Blank items must be in pristine condition, only then will we credit your account the cost of the gift item minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refunded. Cancellation of orders, there is a 20% cancellation fee for orders canceled after a proof has been sent.
Most shipping in the USA is done through UPS, Adult signature is required.
Upon request Overnight and Rush shipments are available additional charges may apply.
