Personalization:
In the options section, you can choose designs from our artwork gallery, upload your own logo, or custom artwork. Look for the blue buttons
. If you click on select free artwork you will be able to choose from a wide variety of artwork designs organized by birthdays, anniversaries, sports, flowers, and other topics, at no additional charge. In the text box add in your personalized message or text. Feel free to add any special notes.
To add company logos or custom designs, click on the 
button. You will upload your logo in the checkout process. Please note there is a one-time flat artwork charge of $40.00. for new logos. If a file needs extensive cleaning additional charges may be necessary, however, you will be informed before charges are applied.
Have we engraved your logo or design before? If yes then we have it on file. You don't need to resend your artwork or pay a setup charge again. In the text box or in special instructions just let us know that "Artwork is on file" and reference your previous order number or some identifier.
Proofs:
Once we receive your order a proof will be sent to your email address. For Rush Orders - Proofs will be sent out within 48 hours, Standard Orders will receive a proof within 5-7 business days.
