Personalization:
In the options section, you can choose designs from our artwork gallery, upload your own logo, or custom artwork. Look for the blue buttons

If you click on select free artwork you will be able to choose from a wide variety of artwork designs organized by birthdays, anniversaries, sports, flowers, and other topics, at no additional charge. In the text box add in your personalized message or text for the blade and the box. Feel free to add any special notes.
To add a company logos or custom designs, click on the 
button. You will upload your logo in the check out process. You can upload jpg or pdf files. Please note there is a one-time flat artwork charge of $40.00. If a file needs extensive cleaning additional charges may be necessary, however, you will be informed before charges are applied. If you have trouble uploading the file just email us. Have we engraved your logo or design before? If yes then we have it on file. You don't need to resend your artwork or pay a setup charge again. In the text box or in special instructions just let us know that "Artwork is on file".
Proofs:
Once we receive your order a proof will be sent to your email address please include your phone number in case we have trouble with your email or need to contact you quickly. For Rush Orders - Proofs will be sent out within 48 hours, Standard Orders will receive a proof with 5-7 business days. Please be sure to check your email after placing your orders to approve proofs.
