Shipping and Fulfillment Questions

How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Standard Order Fulfillment and Shipping: 2-3 Weeks
  • Express Order Fulfillment and Shipping: 7 - 9 Business Days
  • Pick Up from our location: 5-7 Business Days
  • Rush shipping and overnight shipping is available please contact us directly via email or phone.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the piece and the shipping address. The shipping charges will be calculated after you enter the shipping address and before you enter your credit card information. We often run specials for reduced shipping charges please watch your email for promotions or the banner at the top of our website.

We also can ship using your FEDEX or UPS account number if you supply us a shipping label via email.

How do you ship?

We typically ship via UPS and require that someone sign for the package. We do this to ensure that you receive your package in a safe and timely manner. When your package ships you will be emailed a tracking number, if you are not available to sign for the package please check the many options UPS provides regarding alternate delivery options.

What is your return policy or what if items arrive broken?

Since all of our items our personalized we can not accept returns. Before gift items are shipped we require proof approval, if we do not engrave what was approved on the proof please contact us within 5 business days of receipt to coordinate a replacement. If an gift items arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue. Blank sample items must be returned to us within 2 weeks in excellent condition in order to receive a refund minus a $25.00 restocking fee.

Engraving and Personalization Questions

How much does it cost to personalize?

All of the prices on our website include engraving. We do not charge per character, line or word. We make every effort to engrave your custom text on the piece you have chosen. During the proofing process we provide options to accommodate your personalization requests. If your text is to lengthy for the piece we will work with you to come up with an alternative.

Can you engrave custom logos and art work?

Yes we are happy to engrave company logos and custom artwork. You can upload your custom artwork during the check out process. We accept jpg, tiff, png, and pdf files. If you have files such as eps or ai, please email them directly to us at [email protected]. There is a one time flat setup fee of $40.00 for custom logos and artwork. Once we have your artwork on file you will not be charge this fee again.

Do you have artwork I can choose from?

Personalized Engraved Gifts has hundreds of different designs for Birthdays, Weddings, Graduation and other occasions. You will be able to choose from our free art work on each of our products.
